James and Ash replaced our Worcester Bosch combi boiler following the expiration of our old one after years of neglect. We found James to be punctual, knowledgeable and as we were without heat or hot water he turned around the quote and scheduled us in very promptly. The cost was reasonable for the quality boiler replacement, additional system work, new controls, flushing the radiators and some minor remediations. They left the site clean and tidy. All paperwork and WB guarantee in order. Looking forward to the service visit next year.
